Policies:
When signing up for classes at The Keepsake Element, we plan for you to be there but we understand life happens! If this happens to you, please call the store and let us know you will not be there. In the event that you are signed up for a class but cannot make it, you are obligated to purchase the kit from that class. Our philosophy on that is there are so many components that go into the kits for the class that it is not possible for us to be able to go and back and restock/re-sell the items used for your kit because they have been altered for this project.
“No shows” for classes will be contacted and responsible for purchasing their class kit.
In the event that The Keepsake Element has to cancel a class due to an instructor not being able to teach, bad weather or any other unforeseeable circumstance, you will be contacted by a Keepsake employee. We will do our best to reschedule the class and if that is not possible, we will refund your class fee, if you paid in advance.
Return Policies:
We have adopted a very clear policy regarding returns. These policies are designed to make certain that all customers are treated with respect and equally.
- The Keepsake Element does not allow cash refunds.
- Store credits will be issued for all returned items. Store credits do not expire!
- Returns are only allowed on goods which have not been opened and for which the customer has a The Keepsake Element receipt.
- Returns may not be made after 30 days from date of sale.
- Sales are final on all clearance items.
- Items that are not returnable include; bulk paper, periodicals, inks, markers, pens, and special orders.
